Girls, I’m so happy to tell you that NYX is finally coming to Estonia and to the Baltic States. What a treat it is to the beauty and makeup community! And I’m sure that I speak for most of us when I say, that dear NYX we will welcome you with open arms and that we’ve been expecting you for the longest time. 🙂
We had some snacks, some drinks and most importantly we got to play around with their makeup. I even took part of their “15-makeup challenge” and I can tell you that it was one fun yet stressful experience! I will add some pictures as well. If I look mega tired is that I came straight from a very intense brainstorming/workshop event.
Another fun part of this event was a 15- minute makeup challenge. We had to become up with a look inspired by “Disney character”. The pressure was real at that point.
My favorite part was that I got to try out their NYX “Liquid Suede Cream Lipsticks” and even picked up two of them. They are truly amazing and SUPER LONG LASTING. Trust me when I say that! They stay on like there is no tomorrow.
I put my lipstick on around 5 PM and I removed it around 2 AM. So it basically lasted for 9 hours. The main things I really liked about these lipsticks were that they are super pigmented, they didn’t dry out my lips and are super long-lasting.
Most similar products dry weird, start to cracking or aren’t pigmented enough. Looking forward to getting a chance and try out more lip products form them in the near future.
I must admit that although I am not the biggest fan of drugstore makeup, I can honestly say that +NYX Cosmetics is the ultimate exception for me. And before you start judging or think that I consider myself just too cool for the drugstore – then relax, that’s not the case at all.
The plain truth and main reason why I don’t have too many things from the drugstore is that as my skin is just too sensitive. It is very hard for me to find good products that don’t break me out or cause an allergic reaction.
The few products that I have gotten from the drugstore are really good and some of them are even in the “cult product” status.
